During lifting, especially when pressing, your wrists are exposed to high loads. Wrist wraps will stabilize your wrist joint and reduce the strain on the wrist area, and help prevent injuries. They come with a 5cm Velcro and a thumb loop to secure the wrist wraps and keep them in place while lifting. The fabric mix is designed for medium support and a comfortable feel.
